Not to be outdone from Prabowo-Hatta, the legal team of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla also submitting a request for dispute 2014 election results for president and vice president as a related party to the Constitutional Court.
The lawsuit was filed yesterday to the Constitutional Court by the Chief of Joko Widodo legal team, Andi M Asrun and Sirra Prayuna. "Legal Team of Joko Widodo dan Jusuf Kalla has been register the lawsuit and submit the letter of authorization to the Court," said Sirra in Jakarta, Tuesday (05/08/2014).
The lawsuit was filed yesterday to the Constitutional Court by the Chief of Joko Widodo legal team, Andi M Asrun and Sirra Prayuna. In the lawsuit, Jokowi-JK had prepared 200 lawyers to face Prabowo-Hatta earlier lawsuit.
Sirra asserts, the lawsuit is taken to maintain the Indonesia Election Commission's decision regarding the determination of counting the votes that win Jokowi-JK side.
When questioned about the lawsuit details, Sirra declined to explain. Sirra said he did not want to make it public before the court begin.
"To be sure, the lawsuit is about the election dispute that directly affect the votes," he said.
Sirra confirmed that they will answer a comprehensive answer at all of the arguments Prabowo-Hatta submitted.
Some advocates who are members of the legal team of Jokowi-JK were Teguh Samudra, Henry Yosodiningrat, Junimart Girsang, Andi M Asrun, Taufik Basari, Gusti Randa, Sugeng Teguh Santoso, Alexander Lay, Diarson Lubis, Firman Jaya Daely, Yanuar Prawira Wasesa, Dwi Ria Latifa, Tommy Sihotang, M Rasyid Ridho, Risa Mariska, and others.
